In 2006 the project was proposed and Frazier received a grant, a design was completed in spring of 2007, and the project was started. However, there was no location conducive to working on the mural (which was being painted on Pellon fabric which would be adhered to the wall) Once I graduated in 2008 the grant money was returned.
Recently the pieces have been picked up, the design reworked, and we're going to get this thing done!
